There are far worse Republicans ideologically in the state of Maryland than Fat Larry, but he has no recent parallel in terms of material harm caused, so he has to be my vote.

You mean Larry Hogan? Why do you disapprove of him? Has his overall approvals declined over the past year?

New Jersey: Chris Christie, Michael Patrick Carroll...
New York: Rudy Giuliani, Carl Paladino

i would say Bill Cassidy or Garrett Graves

I'd also nominate the speaker of the Louisiana state House, Clay Schexnayder, whom, when a Republican-led veto session failed to accomplish overturning what they came there for, actually said that "it wasn't his responsibility" to whip the votes needed
