... Alrighty then Tongue  Anyone have any problems with this?

1. The states of the Midwest shall be renamed as follows:
Iowa shall henceforth be known as the State of Confusion.
Minnesota shall henceforth be known as the State of Happiness.
South Dakota shall henceforth be known as the State of Awe.
Montana shall henceforth be known as the State of Exhilaration.
North Dakota shall henceforth be known as the State of Shock.
Nebraska shall henceforth be known as the State of Curiosity.
Oklahoma shall henceforth be known as the State of Elation.
Wyoming shall henceforth be known as the State of Optimism.
Colorado shall henceforth be known as the State of Denial.
Kansas shall henceforth be known as the State of Enthusiasm.

2. Any member who is or was a citizen of the Midwest for a period of over three months shall have a state named in their honor.  This includes any citizen who meets this requirement after this proposition is enacted.

I thought we were naming cities after people, not states?
