The Cubs' most prominent celebrity-musician fan is Eddie Vedder who has written a song about the Cubs and was in the inner circle with Theo Epstein and the players during the 2016 World Series run and celebration.
As for the White Sox, there have been plenty of rappers who rock Sox gear as a fashion statement. Some like Snoop Dogg have actually come out thrown out the first pitch. Wouldn't necessarily call them all fans though. Kanye is from Chicago of course, but idk if he is really a big baseball fan. The one that I know is truly a big Sox fan is Chance the Rapper.
