You know, Crist probably should've just run waited if anything would happen to his seat, but he did this to himself.

Crist is past his prime and simply isn't a top tier candidate anymore.  That the other 2 are losing even worse is pretty surprising to me though.

Freid's entire campaign which she has been running for the past few months is just based on winning resistance boomers and calling Rebekah Jones a scientist shut down by Deathsantis.

If this was 2022, D's should be worried but this is 2021 not saying that DeSantis is not gonna win, but the Election is next yr

DeSantis getting 51% of the vote is certainly a realistic result.

I agree that some people are now exaggerating how solidly Republican FL is (remember that the FL GOP swept all the non-GOV statewide offices & the House PV by double digits in 2010 and 2014, so it’s not like the state's R lean in down-ballot races is a very recent thing), but I also don’t buy that this race is guaranteed to be as close as some think. There’s nothing too outlandish about predicting a R+6-7 result for both FL-SEN/FL-GOV — Rubio won by eight in a presidential year in which the Republican nominee only carried the state by 1. I don’t even think +8-9 is entirely out of the question, even if it isn’t likely.

Weird how Atlas always oscillates between extremes (FL is going the way of AR -- this race is guaranteed to be razor-thin).

Is this a Republican pollster? I don't think it's going to be a double digit result in the end, but Florida is gonn Florida again. Likely Republican. Expect DeSantis to win by six to eight points.

TX isn't a battleground unless McCounghey runs, they are pro gun rights states
Polls in wave insurence seats are meaningless until Summer of 2022 when it gets close to the Election

We didn't win 33H seats in 2017 we won them in Oct 2018, same holds true for IA, OH, NC and FL we won them with a 6.0 2008/12 Generic ballot and D's lead by 5

Crist will get almost all of Afro Americans, then there are females and Non Cuban Arabs and Latinos that he will get

Yes, Cherry Communications is a GOP firm — the Cherrys are long-time Republican operatives. The poll was also conducted for a GOP interest group (the Chamber). Not surprised that people aren't looking too hard at something that confirms their priors, but maybe they shouldn't.

This poll is very similar to the Mason Dixon poll that showed DeSantis up by 10, I am not buying it
