Democrats will hold the kid up as a hero now, just like the Muslim kid who put a clock in a box and called it an invention.
Wtf is wrong with you? That kid made a science project and was accused of making a bomb

He experienced racism. His parents sued and the school apologized. That makes him a hero for putting racists in their place
Even liberals thought it wasn't racist.

God I love Bill Maher.
He used to be a FF, but his recent “both sides”-ing schtick has gotten very tiresome.

Pointing out the problems with modern-day liberalism is not "both sides"-ing. It's identifying why the left is growing more and more out of touch with, for lack of a better term, normal people. Any good faith viewer can tell that Bill Maher is still very much on the left and more in line with Democrats than Republicans.

They had to pay him enough money as it is.

Bill Maher compared the Capitol riot to BLM protests.

The Cool Clock Kid incident was definitely a grift from start to finish.

Either they're mature enough to argue for their positions or they're not mature enough to voice them on TV. Pick one.

It wasn't even anything to argue about. He stated an opinion that he thought the President was doing a job and the host started chastising him for not giving Trump credit.

When? I watch his show every week and all I remember is him harshly criticizing the Capitol Riot and the Republicans who enabled it.

He was saying that Democrats also need to call out the BLM riots, like how the Republicans need to call out the Capitol riot. I don’t remember exactly when it said it, maybe a month ago. Just saw it on some Real Time clip I watched

What exactly did this kid do? Wear a hat in front of someone and smile? Don't mistake your political tribalism for genuine moral virtue. Remove the trappings of the situation, and what are you left with. You want a kid to be further smeared by the media for doing what exactly?

A child acted immaturely and so we should have the media further run him through the mud? The kid may be a d1ck but that doesn't warrant the f##king circus that went around this nonsensical case. YOU are the enabler of poor behavior if you think the proper response to A KID being mocking and condescending is to have the full force of the news media industry plaster this kids face everywhere and call him some kind of horrible, colonizing racist for wearing a stupid had and smiling like a little sh1t.

Does anyone else remember back in 2013-14 when Fox News was parading 14 year old conservative political commentators to show how bright and gifted the upcoming generation of conservatives is (even though all of these weirdos were just going on extremely unintelligible, homophobic rants about they hate seeing homosexual couples at their school)? Funny how Fox News has gone from that to getting offended at 11 year olds for being smarter than them

No. I don't think that the smearing of children by news outlets regardless of their political affiliations is appropriate or something to be taken lightly. It's stupid and harmful when Fox News does it, it's stupid and harmful when CNN does it.

There is no point trying to engage with DrScholl. He is an entitled brat who feels no need to put forth decent arguments because he believes he is superior to others. Don't enable his poor behavior.

I never said I was superior to anybody, so maybe you feel inferior for some reason. You derailed this thread to deflect from Fox News' immaturity and now you are calling me names. You are the spoiled entitled one here, not me.

Well, for one, the kid is a Trump supporter, and we shouldn’t be coddling that treason.
It’s bad enough people here want to defend them, but the media has a duty to hold them responsible.

The kid willfully displayed his hate of America, he reaped what he sowed. It was his choice, he’s old enough to form his own opinions and the teen chose incorrectly. Public shame absolutely is legitimate.

Besides, they gotta learn young.
