LGA, IAD, and TXL have all been unpleasant for various reasons, although I only flew into TXL, not out of it, and I feel like you get the fullest experience flying out of somewhere. MAN had enormous and unpleasant lines.

Berlin-Schönefeld was always pretty terrible, at least until the BER finally opened. It still had a distinct 1980s East Germany feeling to it, even 30 years after the fact.

I think Atlanta is as good as it can possibly be, given the amount of people who go through there. I don't associate it with gross incompetence or anything.
