Will Florida, North Carolina or Texas be contested by Democrats in 2024

Why not? NC and Texas it would make no sense to give up. Florida is trending the wrong way for Democrats and it’s pretty hard to see a path to victory there, so I wouldn’t bother there if I were advising the Democrats. Pour all that money into NC and TX instead.

I think they'll contest all of them- NC and Florida are lean R but not strongly enough that they're lost yet, and Texas is swinging to the Dems fast enough that it's a definite pickup opportunity.

Aside from that though, I don't think they'll focus on any other Trump 2020 states. Ohio/Iowa are too distant long-shots given trends; and while Alaska is just about within reach, it has so few EVs that it's not really worth campaigning for.

Covid will be over before you know it and it depends on what happens in  these states in 2022 a full blown Recovery will allow us to win these states
