Quite clearly yes. Kanye has proven he has mental health issues with his many antics over the years(apparently he is divorcing Kim, but he still has ties to the family), but he obtained roughly 60,000 votes in 2020, and may have a more "competent" campaign in 2024. We also know about Caitlyn Jenner's run for California Governor in the Recall Election, though she'll probably lose. However, like it or not, the family is international superstars(for better or worse), and with their supposed increased political activity, will a group of people decide electing a Kardashian is a good idea whatsoever, and are you worried?

No. Their crappy show is ending* and thankfully none of the Kardashians except Kanye and Caitlyn (whose vanity run for governor is just that) have expressed any interest in politics.

*In addition to COVID winding down, that's another great thing about this year. Of course, like Paris Hilton before them, everyone will quickly be looking for another talentless individual or family to fetishize while the Kardashians begin their fade into obscurity.

Reality shows, social media "trends", and all of the associated nonsense has been one of the greatest evils of our national culture over the past twenty years. As I noted elsewhere, Kim Kardashian recently become a billionaire. It's unfortunate that people who do so little have accumulated so much of the wealth and "influence" within our society.

Well, it's only ending as a TV show which the Ks have evolved past.  They know how to manipulate all the social media levers to stay as prominent as ever and maintain and expand their empire.

It's bound to happen, we live in clown world.

Some youtuber named Kevin who sells real estate courses just announced he's running for Governor of California.

I am sure we'll have a Kardashian or one of the Paul brothers elected to higher office in the next decade.

Something like this.

It won’t be Kim or her sisters. But there’s a decent chance that one of their children or grandchildren will make a run for office, able to rely on their acquired generational wealth.

If they spend 5-10 years on the board of a family company, they can run as a business-focused candidate, which is basically the mould for like 60% of GOP (and a sizeable minority of Dem) candidates.

There’ll be jokes when the campaign is announced, but after a decade in the House, it’ll just become another fact of life.

Isn't Caitlyn Jenner of the joke governor campaign some kind of relative?
In that case, a little

I didn't even know this, yeah, she is running. But it's not the same as the Kardashians anyways. Jenner has been a public figure for a long time and achieved that fame through talent and achievement. I think some younger people are not aware that in the 70's Jenner was basically considered an American hero.

I'd advise to be more worried about something that's more likely to happen, like an Independence Day-style alien invasion.

Kim Kardashian is a criminal justice reform advocate and is studying to become a lawyer.

Kim K and most of her family (bar Car Crashin’ Caitlyn) are better human beings than most of our political stock, so I’m not worried about this. The Kardashians have shrewd administrative sense and good partnership and team-building than meets the eye.

Like I’ve said before, Kanye 2024 is dead in the water after the loss of the more competent campaign advisor (Kim K) and he has no base once those edgy teens realize they don’t want Biden to be in office but super suburban Ron DeSantis. In fact; Kanye and related egomaniac rich dude Brock Pierce took votes from Trump. Heck, Kim K would probably attract “ethnic white” woman mainly to her campaign, not exactly a Biden demographic.

I'm sure people said the same thing about Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie.

The "famous for being famous" crowd isn't going away, but it's getting a face change.

Nice try if you are attempting to draw any parallel between Logan Paul and Queen Shoe.
