Good call by the Raiders, though I have to wonder what kind of punishment Roger Goodell threatened them with to make this happen.

As for Gruden's replacement, I'd imagine a high-profile college coach would be the pick, so maybe Dabo Swinney gets the job, or Jim Harbaugh or Nick Saban make their returns to the NFL Head Coaching ranks.

When you are a public figure, you have to keep certain things to yourself. He has the right to have those thoughts.

If a Black coach said the same thing, he would have every right to say this, but keep these thoughts to yourself.

When you are a public figure, keep these things to yourself. Period.

Rodrigo Blankenship (who looks very shaky, possibly hurt) just missed an extra point, the 13th miss of the weekend.  This is the most misses of any weekend in the Super Bowl era.

This is also the first weekend with double-digit misses in both FGs and PATs since at least 2015, when the extra point kick distance was increased.

Lol. In his defense, the Raiders happen to be relatively good this year, and it's rare for a vacancy to happen with a team that isn't in rebuild mode, so an elite college coach might consider it worthwhile. But yeah those three guys are about the least likely in all of college to want to leave their teams for the Raiders. Imagine hardcore evangelical Dabo in Vegas?

Given the circumstances of the opening, I imagine the more immediate problem would be searching for a coach who can lead a process of racial reconciliation and healing and landing on Dabo Swinney, of all people.

So, I just turn on the game after finishing a bunch of homework and see the Ravens are getting shellacked, well I guess less shellacked now, but still shellacked. This week has been weird all around, though tbh that kind of describes this season.

Bucks can get upset on the Road, Brady doesn't have GRONK,out indefinitely with cracked Ribs after all the upsets we have Sports fans haven't learned their lesson about Football isn't the SAME as Basketball and Baseball, Lakers and Giants ARE GONNA WIN THE Title, THE EAST EXCEPT FOR NETS HAS Zero CHANCE AND SUNS LOST TO BUCKS HOW ARE THEY GONNA BEAT LeBron and Westbrook in the WC Championships

As far as Chiefs they're not going to Playoffs or Superbowl they lost 3 games already

Titans, Steelers, Cowboys, Packers as well as they play Chargers, Vegas  and Broncos twice they can easily lose 5 more games don't let Giants and Washington fool you how poorly Chiefs have played, they're not gonna Fire Reid but they might need a new coach, Reid didn't prep them to meet the challenges of the 2021 season

They're 2/3, already and 11 or 10 games are needed as a Wildcard and they lost 3 games already Steelers and Packers are definitely gonna beat Chiefs, Titans and they can lose one more to their division that's 7 losses, and Cowboys whom don't play well on Road they lost to Rams in 2019 in playoffs on Road e route to Rams Superbowl appearance can beat Chiefs that's 8/8

MAYFIELD, HERBERT, ALLEN WOULD BE PRO BOWL AFTER CHIEFS MADE PRO BOWL THE LasT TWO YRS
