While Alito writing the Fulton decision is certainly not a happy thing albeit not surprising (I guess we'll have to consider Gorsuch a wild card on this sort of thing, unless Roberts flipped on this case), Roberts writing the ACA decision is a bit of a relief, although also not surprising.

Yet another miss by ERM64man. 9-0 when all he could imagine was 5-4 or 6-3. Let this be a warning to anyone who takes his threads seriously.
Good point but I think the total number of people in the group described in bold is zero.
