Wasn't Trump's entire theory behind "vote fraud" that he was winning all night (in most states, not Arizona) and that big cities produced late counted ballots with just enough votes for Biden to win?  late counted being a day or two after the election or in the case of MI/WI the overnight hours of Election Day...

how do these same people justify this "recount" taking over a month?

Controversial audit of Arizona ballots continues amid new allegations of incompetence

Quote
On Tuesday, the office of Secretary of State Katie Hobbs released a report detailing what it described as serious problems with the audit that had arisen over the last week. Among the issues listed were a Monday software update “that created so many errors and problems during the first shift that they stated they were going to roll back to the old software during the afternoon shift” and the fact that “copies of voting system data [were] sent to a lab in Montana.”

Per Hobbs’s office, there were no specifications on “what security measures were in place, or what the lab in Montana will do with the data or how long it will be in possession of the copies.”

Observers saw that at least three people who are not residents of Maricopa County rifling through thousands of military and overseas ballots,” read the report. “Observers had been previously told that only Maricopa County residents would be allowed to handle any ballots, yet all three people were not residents.”

The report accused workers of carrying black pens on the floor, which is not allowed because the pens can be used to alter ballots. Observers quoted in the report also stated that “audit co-chair Randy Pullen told an observer that the shirt he was required to wear on the floor made him ‘look like a transgender’ because of the color of his shirt.”

Also ironic seeing as how Trump was running badly behind Biden in Arizona on election night and it was only late-counted ballots that brought him close.

They should send the new bill for equipment to these morons. It would be shame if the taxpayer had to foot the bill for this charade.

Narrator: The statements were deliberately misleading.

Meanwhile in reality:

AP: Few Arizona voter fraud cases undercut Trump’s claims

Quote
PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona county election officials have identified fewer than 200 cases of potential voter fraud out of more than 3 million ballots cast in last year’s presidential election, undercutting former President Donald Trump’s claims of a stolen election as his allies continue a disputed ballot review in the state’s most populous county.

An Associated Press investigation found 182 cases where problems were clear enough that officials referred them to investigators for further review. So far, only four cases have led to charges, including those identified in a separate state investigation. No one has been convicted. No person’s vote was counted twice.

While it’s possible more cases could emerge, the numbers illustrate the implausibility of Trump’s claims that fraud and irregularities in Arizona cost him the state’s electorate votes. In final, certified and audited results, Biden won 10,400 more votes than Trump out of 3.4 million cast.

That's actually kind of a confusing headline with the way it's worded to me.

The Daily Beast: Conspiracy Firm Behind Arizona Audit Defies Order to Release Behind-the-Scenes Texts

Quote
...In August, a judge ruled that Cyber Ninjas must turn over audit-related documents by mid-September, following a pair of public records lawsuits from the Arizona Republic and the transparency group American Oversight.

But despite the judge upholding that ruling last week, Cyber Ninjas has not complied, stating that it might release some documents after its audit report this week—and in some cases, maybe never at all.

Neither a spokesperson for Cyber Ninjas’ audit effort, nor the group’s attorney returned requests for comment on Wednesday regarding whether the group would release court-ordered documents.

In a letter to the court on Friday, the group’s lawyer, Jack Wilenchik, suggested Cyber Ninjas would turn over some documents, if it felt like it.

“I also emphasize that, while CNI [Cyber Ninjas, Inc.] intends to produce documents out of goodwill and its commitment to transparency, by sending this communication CNI does not concede the existence or scope of any involuntary legal obligation to do so,” Wilenchik’s letter read.

Wilenchick objected to the court order on two grounds: that Cyber Ninjas should not be subject to public records laws, and that Cyber Ninjas is too busy to release court-ordered records (which a judge ordered Cyber Ninjas to preserve in August).

A judge has repeatedly dismissed the first argument, stating that Cyber Ninjas has been hired by Arizona’s Republican-led Senate and is a “custodian” of public records, making it subject to public records laws.

So it sounds like this so called audit confirmed Biden won and in fact he won by a larger margin than previously thought.  Shocking that Biden voters didn't storm the Capitol given that he was cheated out of a few hundred votes.  I guess that's the difference between the modern GOP and everyone else.  Normal people own up to when they lose or are wrong, they don't lie and throw an extended hissy fit for 9 months trying to undo an election.

I am sure the GOP will apologize for wasting everyone's time and money on this and undermining election integrity for 9 months.
