I look forward to what the Governor says about this proposal, when that time comes of course.

I compiled the spending from last year's legislation and researched the cost estimates. You all can ask me for the work if you're unsure. I also am unsure how the current income tax was prior to the passage of the passage of the Family Opportunity Fund in the budgets of 2019 and 2020. This is an outline so that we can finally get debating on this.

The median income in Atlasia is $31,000, I really don't think people making more than double that should pay no income taxes. Also a less than 10% income tax on millionaires is a pretty bad idea too.

I prefer keeping taxes in the South as low as reasonably possible in all brackets.

Then you don't have enough to fund social services which basically turns you into Brownback era Kansas.

Only 4 states in the RL US have top tax rates higher than 10%. I'm sure we can strike a comfortable balance between Brownback Kansas and the Labor party ran regions.

I think we will need to amend this to include funds allocated by the MERAMEC Act, but otherwise is there any other area of substantive discussion to be had? We need to move soon if we want this bill passed before the end of the session.

Due to the bill not being passed by end of session, it is tabled and must be reintroduced.
