What is a better choice to air games in teams’ local markets, over the air television or online-only streaming broadcasts?

Isn’t that a service with regional sports networks? I meant a non-RSN broadcast. The Angels/Kings/Ducks in Los Angeles have over the air broadcasts. In college basketball and football, the Mountain West Conference airs online-only games on its website. What is better?
