Section 4: Miscellaneous regulations
1. This budget shall become enacted immediately after passage
2. This budget shall ordinarily remain in effect until FY2023.
3. All previous bills that modify the existing tax rates are hereby amended, so that their tax rates match those from this budget.
4. The implementation of section 4 of the the Space Exploration, Development, and Settlement Act is hereby rolled back by 1 year and shall not apply until 2023.
