This is what I visited in my life.

I don't have the funds to do much than this, and I don't have the friends or family that are interested in travelling. Also social anxiety is a bitch.

But Czech Republic is likely the next one, specifically the area bordering Niederosterreich since our Austrian friends (one of them) has now an estate (something with horses) on the Czech-Austrian border, and some of us than buy cigarettes in Czech Republic where it is much cheaper, so if covid is over and travelling is allowed again, we will go to Austria, likely visit that place, and i've already said it's my intent or my desire to go to Czech Republic (perhaps as far as Ceske Budejovice).

What I also want to see is:
Liege, Belgium (i've been in the province so far but not the city)
Ypres, Belgium (have not seen the city, but I want to properly see some WW1 monuments, although i've visited one mass cemetary before, but i've forgotten the exact place, i literally used to live like 10 to 15 km of one, and i didn't live far away from Passchendaele either. I have a friend who want to go to Diksmuide, which I can't remember very well, but i've passed through it as a child.
Normandy, France (seems beautiful and not extremely far away, and i've not been there)
Maastricht, Netherlands (not far away and a beautiful city)
Perhaps some other city in the Netherlands (Amsterdam or Rotterdam) is also on my wishlist.
Laacher See, Germany + Koblenz, Germany (my dream travel that is extremely close to where I live, because it's the closest volcano and I just want to see it, even though it's not really active)

I've almost (except for Liege and Charleroi, and if you count Hasselt as one) seen every major city in Belgium. I've been to a lot of places in Belgium, partially due to cheap train travels, but i've not been to a lot of places outside Belgium honestly.

I've been to Saarland (yes, surprised me but i've been there, even not just passing through, but apparently one of our vacation was in Saarland). I've also

If it's possible, i want to see these places too
Barcelona, Spain
Madrid, Spain
Istanbul, Turkey
Prague, Czech Republic
Naples, Italy + Vesuvius / Campi Flegrei / Stromboli
Rome, Italy
Other areas of Italy (seems to be my country, perhaps i could visit battista minola... lol)
Budapest, Hungary
Romania has some cool locations too
Ireland!
Scotland (Edinburgh wow, Scotland is a bit underestimated)
ICELAND!
Sweden!
Norway!
Finland!
Copenhagen, Denmark perhaps
Poland sure.
Portugal maybe
Berlin in Germany (and some other cities)

Outside of Europe:
Mostly USA (West is a bit far, but NYC might be more realistic middle-term)
Japan
Vietnam
Thailand + Laos + Cambodia
South Korea
Indonesia
Mexico (but mostly Yucatan and perhaps Mexico City + Popocatepepl and some Aztec ruins if there are still some left, i doubt it)
Cuba
Latin America (but i'm a bit afraid of crime rates)
India maybe
China is a possibility, but it depends on how Chinese politics do evolve
Russia is a possibility too, mostly focused on culture in the western areas.

Perhaps Canada, Australia and New Zealand (the latter two are very expensive and at this point, totally not worth it i think, but perhaps if i get my life on the rails, and i'm 50-60 years, i could do it yes).

Czech Republic is at this point 95% sure to be the next country i could cross from my list. Although it's likely i still would have to go to there for Prague.

Mexico by default.

I'd like to do Germany, Switzerland,  Argentina, or Spain in 2022 or 2023.

Probably the UK later this year.

Edit: This is for countries I've never been to? No idea--I suppose the Vatican and Monaco are plausible guesses if/when I make it to that part of the world.

Barring any future cancellations or changes in plans, I can answer with 99% confidence that the first foreign country I'll go to will be the United Kingdom this July. I may or may not make a stop in a foreign airport (like Reykjavik or something) but I doubt that would count anyways.

My trip this summer is set to be England, France, Switzerland, and Germany, in that order.

Costa Rica. I have a trip there scheduled for March 2022. The next new country might be Morocco.

I have just realized that the next new foreign country I am likely to visit may well be Monaco, because I can relatively easily make a one-day trip there by train from where I live.
Not that Monaco inspires me exactly much, but it surely is the most feasible and I don't think anyone in my family has any longer holidays in the planning right now.

I have an Alaska cruise scheduled in May 2022 and that would take me to Canada at least two times. Yukon territory would be new for me within Canada.

It's still preliminary, but if things work out my next new country could be Denmark in summer 2022.

Dependent on Covid restrictions later this year, Singapore (technically through South Korea first), but if not possible then probably Mexico.

Planning to go to Israel with my church in May 2022!

Dependent on US travel restrictions, I could see myself doing something like Costa Rica later this year (since I have a credit with a travel company for a cancelled Italy trip next year and they're pushing CR as a place Americans can go).  The one thing I would want to change before going anywhere this year is to allow proof of vaccination to replace a negative test for re-entry into the US.  I just wouldn't want to have a (presumably false) positive test and be forced to quarantine in another country for 10 days.

Canada I suspect, unless my partner induces me to go to Italy, or Samoa again, in which case we would also go to New Zealand. Another more remote possibility is to go to Mexico with my best friend Guillermo, to go to his home town in Sinaloa state and visit my former gardener who gave me the grand tour of his home town of Talpa to which he has returned and runs a bed and breakfast in the mountains inland a couple of hours drive from Puerto Vallarta (which btw has a great climate at about a 4,000 foot altitude).  Both are very historic and "artsy" towns, but with very few "gringo" tourists.

Probably France or Canada.  France because my sister lives there, Canada because I want to go back to British Columbia badly.  I was in Victoria briefly once, fell in love with the place, I want to spend lots of time on Vancouver Island.

Among countries that I’ve not yet been to, maybe Germany or Norway?  Or maybe Taiwan before they’re invaded.

I haven’t been outside of the U.S. in 20 years now, but I would guess Canada is most likely to be the next country I visit due to proximity.  Mexico is another possibility for similar reasons.

If we’re talking about countries that we haven’t visited yet, I’d say maybe the UK.  Even if not the mainland UK, this could include territories like the Turks and Caicos, Bermuda, etc.

Scheduled to go to Croatia in August, which is likely to occur regardless of pandemic-related travel restrictions given that country's lax approach so far.
