I'm not a huge fan of this bill. I feel like natural objects and scenery are better for currency. But I'm not sure what the current designs are.

I seem to recall prior bills on the subject – will report back when my brain begins working properly again.

While the Speaker does have say over this, I think it should be pointed out that by House rules your objection to the motion for a final vote was submitted outside the mandated 24-hour window, and thus your amendment should come after the final vote in the procedural queue.
