Some lovely people here, but one person is objectively more qualified than the others.

Write-in: Nathan.

In his absence I voted YE. If I had felt more trad today I might have voted RI instead [also because as Cath points out he is objectively the most qualified].

Nathan may be a “populist”, but he’s not a #populist  Purple heart. There’s a difference.

I still added him though and reset the poll just for you, lol.

1. What's the difference? Because if you want to be nitpicky then I could argue many others in the poll [myself included] are not #populist Purple heart either.

2. Lame. You are a self-hating PCINO.   [poll creator in name only]

Italians automatically qualify as #populists.

I don't really fit the stereotype of the #populist Italian however. That's Smilo territory.

Andriy, if he's considered a populist here. Western Democrat and Chips are close second.

Andriy, if he's considered a populist here.

I mean, according to his profile, he has his own farm. That’s like peak #populism.

1. Laki—tough choice might I add
2. Big A
3. Nova Green

Laki wins out given he’s to the left of Nova and more socially progressive than Big A

Out of those, I think Fuzzy Bear, Spark, NorthCarolinaYankee and Okthisisnotepic in that order have the greatest chance of winning an actual primary. I'd obviously vote for myself to improve my chances but if I didn't I'd probably vote for either Laki or West_Midlander.

DPKdebator should be on the list.

Yankee and TJ are in a class of their own.  Big fan of DR RI and AncestralDem as well, in addition to DPK.  Western Democrat and Big Abraham (more like Based Abraham) are my favorite Liberal and Leftist on the forum, at least in terms of politics.  Lech and BG-NY are great contributors in conservacord.  Honorable mention to Sprouts for the meme value.

I wouldn't describe like half of these users as populists.

Wait a regeneration dear.

For now, to call you populist would be like looking for a bladeless knife.
