I actually quite like Chamber of Deputies, and not delegates to distinguish from the South.

While I agree with the sentiment of what is being proposed, I am concerned it could become a poison pill at the ballot box. Therefore I must oppose the amendment.

I'll start a vote once the current vote has concluded.

This is a common sense amendment, the ''''right'''' to bear arms has never been absolute and never should be. If some conservatives follow the perverted notion that it allows you to own military grade weapons, which has only been pushed by rabid NRA pawns, I don't view that as an issue. The left and center has enough votes in Lincoln to pass this anyways.
No. Just no.

This would be solved by a fixed 5 member legislature, but I understand that's not very popular

I'm not a fan of four month elections at all, but if that's what the legislature wants...

I think that first amendment has incorrect wording, so urging a no vote on both.

Lincolnites, please mark your preference between these:

[ x] 2 Months for legislature
[ ] 3 Months for legislature

This is not a binding vote. Trying to see what the consensus is.

I'd prefer 2 but I'll support 3. #Never4

Ignoring the quixotic and constitutionally deranged argument (this is Atlasia....not America, we haven't been around for 300 years!), I want 3 or 2 months. I think the legislature agrees.

Vote down all of the poison pills from S019. Objection to them, vote them down, and move this forward.

I recuse myself from any decision making regarding my own term, I'll agree to any decision the legislature makes in that area.

Vote no councillors, incorrect wording (chamber not general court), and more parliamentary mechanics.
Vote! It! Down!

LT has valid concerns but this amendment ain’t it. It addresses some of the concerns but also introduces other things.

Just apply the Senate vacancy mechanism to General Court vacancies. Then get rid of the early court elections thing added to Article IV. The other amendments proposed are ok.

I agree. Let's try and get a final vote soon!

Alright let's get a vote on this (voting no), and then pass an amendment that fixes the issues LT specified without other things.

I'd like to avoid the issue of voting requirements in the constitution, that power should be left to the people's representatives. Paging Sestak for a special elections amendment.

"People's representatives " would just rig elections if they're told to do so by the party just like you tried to do with pushing LC 10.4. The new constitution should ensure that voting rights are not something that can be taken away on a whim. It is why a non-Labor majority was elected to work on this new constitution.

Vote No, leave this to the legislature and legislatures of the future

A poison pill is still a poison pill even S019 isn’t doing it
