Okay, maybe Mike Johnson is a competent parliamentarian.

Ok, so I have an Atlas fact finding mission for anyone interested. Olawakandi has created exactly one poll in his time posting here. Who knows what it was about and long ago it was?

It's less posts than Trump on Authoritarian Twitter before ban as a result of insurrection. Consequently, McConnell is done with 45th prez. Trump isnt endorsing in 2022 KY-SEN and not on ballot, but olawakandi (Secular-Cali) is endorsing MR. CHARLES BOOKER. As a result, race has moved to tossup and blue wave is building up 🌊🌊🌊 It's gonna be 54 DEM senate with Speaker Jeffries, passing DC statehood due to fact Rs are powerless and Manchin isnt relevant anymore 😎

Did you know ....?

That Paul Simon holds the record for number of terms in Illinois?
That Richard Durbin was appointed to replace Simon?
That even though Simon was an Illinois state legislator while Durbin was going to college at Georgetown, Durbin was one of Simon's students?
That because Jim Inhofe and Chuck Grassley are in their mid-80s, that Durbin could not possibly choose to retire when he will be 82?

All those fun, but false, facts and ideas come from OC!

Just remember the person who wrote this thread that Paul Simon has the record of terms in IL and Durbin was appointed to his seat and he was a student of Paul Simon, Sheila Simon was on her way to prominence and should of been the heir apparent but she got caught in the Quinn low approvals. Durbin is not retiring anytime soon

If something happens to Schumer he would be D L of the Senate, WHY IN THE WRLD WOULD HE RETIRE AND INHOFE AND GRASSLEY ARE 86
