Being a house representative doesn't mean you will be VP.

Paul Ryan was pretty prominent and he was outspoken about reforming Social Security before he became the VP nominee, he also gave the 2011 Response to the SOTU

Hinson's been pretty visible in the fight over the IA-02 results, being their next-door neighbor and all.

How many people are aware that this is even a thing?

There's worse VP candidates but I don't see what she adds that a more prominent GOP woman wouldn't.

Ashley Hinson is one of the most obnoxious ones out there. Ranting about "billionaire elites" in her ads while being a Republican. Either she's an idiot who doesn't understand her party's policies at all, or she's a liar and manipulator who is weaponizing the stupidity of rural America. Neither reflects well on her or her party.

JFC, she is just a first-term congresswoman...

Even if she runs in the future, her plagiarism scandal is going to haunt her.
