Oregon.

The Democrats are trending in the Sunbelt.

The Republicans will have no choice but eventually to counter.

The Republicans, since 2008, have lost long term Virginia.

If the Republicans do what they need—which is to counter-realign against the Democrats (not possible if the Republicans remain in their current form)—they will be on their way to countering the Democrats on the electoral map.
