Interesting one. I went for Major as I've always admired (and pitied) him, although he didn't get that much done. I wonder what others think of John Major; Ken Clarke said that his reputation was improving with time.

Tough one, but probably John Major.  While Tony Blair completed it, John Major was the one who started negotiations with Northern Ireland and actually made a strong effort to resolve the crisis unlike his predecessor.  He mentioned that was a big reason for his opposition to Brexit and also his strong disagreement with current PM as worried it would undermine Good Friday Agreement which Tony Blair later signed.

The run on the pound shortly after John Major won an election in his own right was very unfortunate.  He seemed like a decent guy, but his credibility was shot and he never could get it back.

Major didnt sell arms to Iran/Iraq War to Hussein and Hussein used on his own people.

Bushes were all about ENRON before it went bankrupt

This is the reason why Mideast is still inflamed Hussein got WMD and now Syria has them to gas their fellow Arabs, Iraq gave them to Syria where a mini Iraq govt went after their defeat

Major. He remains a seriously underrated Prime Minister, even after undergoing some degree of rehabilitation over the past few years.

Bushes started a war with Hussein due to selling Hussein WMD during Iran Contra and it had to do with ENRON

The media rehabitated the Bushes images but ENRON is the Bushes legacy
