Well before I'll make a prediction, I've been trying (and failing) to find a map showing the positions and quantity of units the Western Allies and Soviets had stationed in mainland Europe during the Berlin Airlift.

It definitely would have gone atomic, so no more Kremlin unless it was rebuilt after being nuked by a B-36. I won't try to predict anything else about the outcome.

If we’re talking about like the minute after VE Day then it’d be a long grind that ends up with the USSR getting nuked by the US and as Ernest said you can’t predict much after that, maybe a Nationalist victory in China because the US and co are gonna be focused thst some more.
