There's no point to having both a carbon tax and a cap-and-trade system.
Isn't it true that expansion of roads in general can lead to increased traffic? Increased traffic tends to lead to increased accidents?

Also I agree on your point it doesn't make sense to both of those. I am opposed to this legislation because while I feel there is a need for increased speed on the Highway to provide a faster way o travel I think there will be unintended consequences such as higher traffic and possibly more accidents. I also oppose the idea of a carbon tax. I am not against toll roads though.
