I've discovered a calculator for the three "canonical" methods for determining seat allocations: Sainte-Laguë, Hare-Niemeyer, and D'Hondt - both in German and in (suboptimal) English:

staatsrecht.honikel.de/en/sitzzuteilungsrechner.htm

You can calculate up to 999 seats for up to 99 parties. (I really don't know why they didn't round off to 100. Roll Eyes)

You can also add thresholds.

Please note: Don't use any thousands separators!

I've compiled a template for all 50 U.S. states with 435 seats from the latest population estimations as of July 2020.

Here's the template containing Washington D.C. with 436 seats (Party 51).

And here including Puerto Rico with 441 seats (Party 52).

Since I don't know how to edit the header row, here is the key to the party numbers:

You're welcome! The site used to offer calculations for only 500 seats and 20 parties, but they finally expanded it to 999 seats and 99 parties, Thus, I thought that site has become worth mentioning.

d'Hondt giving Vermont and Wyoming 0 seats is hilarious.

In all fairness, it's even more hilarious, or more precisely, ridiculous that Article II, Section 1, Clause 2 of the Constitution in combination with the Reapportionment Act of 1929 grants Vermont and Wyoming three electoral votes.

Btw, I've calculated the minimum number of House seats in order for Wyoming to be allotted one seat via the D'Hondt method: 542.

This is what the map would look like if 645 electoral votes were allocated today via D'Hondt:
