Probably the most Polish American suburb in the country.  Went narrowly for Biden even though it's very "ethnic" WWC.  Not sure how it went in 2016 or it how compares to similar suburbs like Parma, Ohio or perhaps some Macomb County suburbs.

not totally surprising.  white working class communities in the Northeast are still going to be more democratic than southern communities.  Biden being Catholic probably also helped.

Also population density and proximity to city are big ones.  Yes Parma, Ohio same, but in general I found suburbs that border the main city generally voted for Biden.  Usually it was more far flung white working class suburbs that went for Trump like Sterling Heights, Michigan not close by ones.  North Tonowanda is a better example of this.  It went for Obama both times, but then Trump both times.

Cheektowaga must have been a Democratic landslide in 1960, it wasn't just Irish Catholics that loved JFK, but all Catholics as well. Poles probably would have been part of the Democratic machines in Chicago and NYC.

Wallington, NJ here in Bergen County is also very Polish but Trump won in both 2016 and 2020, swinging more to Trump on top of that.

The Town Supervisor is Diane Benczkowski, the Town Council is Christine L. Adamczyk, Linda Hammer, Brian Pilarski, Brian Nowak, Gerald Kaminski, and Richard Rusiniak.
All but one of these names sound Polish to me.
