At long last, here is the complete national precinct map, including estimates for unallocated absentee and early votes.

Here is the national swing map, applying the same methodology to the 2016 unallocated absentee vote.

Note that most of KY did not report precinct results this cycle due to changes in their voting process. Similarly, most of NJ only reported township results in 2020 due to using all-mail voting.

According to estimates, I'm still in a Trump precinct. Sad. The precinct I lived in from 2007 to 2010 voted Biden though! Maybe. According to the estimate.

A trend-map would push me totally into ecstacy.
But these 2 are already overwhelming!

A few areas that immediately stood out when looking at the swing map are the Rio Grande Valley and Trans-Pecos region in Texas, as well as the Atlanta suburbs.

In case you wanted to see a version which adjusts transparency by population density:

What was the formula for the methodology you used?

Does show that population density in areas west of Minnesota/Dakotas border and west of Dallas all the to West Coast are quite low.  Yes you have some populated states, but most concentrated in cities and much of the rest of the Plains and Mountain West is largely empty.  In fact that is the one part of the United States where most counties have population densities lower than Canada and Australia (off course in both of those two population heavily concentrated near the US border in former and ocean in latter).  Areas east of Mississippi much more dense and population densities they are somewhat more comparable to Europe although only in Mid-Atlantic and Southern New England states do they get quite that dense.

it really was Youngstown city. I remember reading posts on r/youngstown blaming the suburbs, nope it was the city. Monsters. Youngstown is truly dead forever.

Geagua County is mildly interesting, emerging suburbia in the west and formally low propensity Amish in the east.

Also what's going on in Hampton Roads? I see a major divide north/south divide around Norfolk not represented in the city swings.

Has anyone attempted to extract results from the 2016 precinct sort file in NC. I have tried to look at North Carolina's precinct sort for 2016 Gen and it makes no sense and seems randomly ordered. I have even tried to see the layout file.
