Next month there's going to be a text-based, turn-based simulation of the world of 1945. Info on it can be found here:

A. You can play as not only any country, party, etc., but as specific individuals (e.g. Robert A. Taft, Henry Wallace, or whomever.)
B. It takes place on April 12, 1945, the day FDR died and Truman entered office, so I figure it offers a lot of opportunity to change history right off the bat.
