I like the general concept of a more in depth economic model to enrich the game. The details of which will need to be debated obviously.

I don't see the point of creating a new commission, unless this game doesn't have an econ/finance department in the executive branch. I also have issues with this because the variables haven't been decided yet.

In my experience econ or finance department exists only on paper.

Generally for a commission to work it needs to be small and typically a sanctioning of a pre-existing dynamic. Basically someone is already doing it.
