Marjorie Greene in Georgia, Paul Gosar in Arizona, assuming you mean winnable races, but this question is open to a lot of interpretation.

I meant not including incumbents.

I assume you mean who is most likely to perform the worst?

AL-Sen: Roy Moore (R)
AZ-Sen: Kelli Ward (R)
CO-Sen: Lauren Boebert (R)
FL-Sen: Alan Grayson or Charlie Crist (D)
GA-Sen: Most of them by the looks of it, but MTG above all (R)
IA-Sen: Steve King (R)
NH-Sen: Corey Lewandowski (R)
NV-Sen: Dan Rodimer or Danny Tarkanian (R)
NC-Sen: Moe Davis (D), Mark Harris (R)
OR-Sen: Jo Rae Perkins or Mark Callahan (R)
PA-Sen: Rick Saccone (R)
WI-Sen: Randy Bryce (D), not sure on the R side if Johnson doesn't run

But some of these obviously would not run and even if they did wouldn't get past a primary.

Ted Howze. Josh Harder should have lost reelection given the presidential margin in the district.

Whatever democrat ends up becoming the nominee in MTG's district. There's gonna be so much money poured into the race it won't even be funny except when MTG wins like 77-21.
