Picking Tester is immediately a bad move. His days as Montana's Senator may be numbered but him running for re-election is still the best bet to keep his vital seat in the chamber.

Anyway, while I think that Trump would be in his worst position of all three presidential elections he'd be involved in I don't know that Harris would be able to have the advantages that Biden would in being the incumbent who overcame some major challenges in the country. Maybe if Harris did somehow ascend to the presidency I would be more optimistic about her chances, but I just don't trust this country in another Trump vs. woman (especially a woman of color) match-up.
