Biden has the same exact Approvals as Bush W did in 2001-2005, 50 percent, they will keep the Senate, the Rs can believe whatever they want but no Prez has lost Congress or Reelection with a 51 percent Approvals

Like Bush W got Reelected and netted Congressial seats with 50 percent Approvals before he botched Katrina

If Dems hold both chambers - $150 to a randomly selected member of this board.
If Dems improve majorities in both chambers - $200 to a randomly selected member.
