There are parts of all of the first three. Singapore is known by some to be quite wealthy, some don't know where it is, and probably most consider it to be quite draconian in some of its laws.
I know there are some on the left side of American politics who admire its housing system, and it's not hard to see why.

There’s no FREEDOM there, so it’s a horrible country however “first class” is.

Oh shut up. I'd move there in a heartbeat, in America you have the freedom to starve and die on the street if you can't afford medicine.

Um, other than freedom of speech (who cares about that), and political freedom (really, who cares about that), Singapore is a free place. Maybe you haven't considered that different cultures view freedom differently? Economic freedom is the most important freedom.

Facts. Freedom without security is meaningless.

Having lived there for several years, there is certainly freedom, a lot of it too. First class country for sure

Which was overwhelmingly popular in the U.S., by the way. The literati screamed about it but most people (Wikipedia says at least 60%) cheered Singapore on. And it wasn’t for spitting: it was for theft (which he definitely did) and public vandalism (more disputed).

Also, an anecdote! Back in 1994, when I was waiting to vote for the first time in a long line of people older than me (a harbinger of the results had I been more politically aware), I got in a conversation with a elderly couple next to me in line. They had recently visited Singapore and LOVED it immensely for its safety, cleanliness, and order. Why yes, they were staunchly conservative and not poor, why do you ask?

Other. I have a very strong opinion about their drug laws. It's not a country I ever want to set foot in.

They ban tons of things. With very harsh punishments for breaking the often arbitrary and unfair, unjust, authoritarian rules. There is no freedom of speech, political freedom, tons of individual/social freedoms are banned. And some of us do care deeply about these things. It’s not at all a “libertarian” place unless you genuinely believe economic liberty is all that matters. If so, more power to you, but that sure ain’t my conception of freedom.

It's not enforced, both de facto and based on numerous government statements.

You say this like that makes it remotely acceptable. Singapore is an authoritarian hellscape.

Lol no it is not. Banning chewing gum (or anything else) and not even enforcing it does not constitute an authoritarian hellscape. Maybe paternalistic, but nothing more. If you have ever been there, it looks and feels like a typical western country.

Kindly look at my picture and think about it for more than three seconds. Maybe check out a map of Asia if you need it.

And thanks, I'm glad you feel sufficiently qualified to speak about how criminalizing gay people is "paternalistic, but nothing more". Tell me, what's it like to live without basic empathy for others? Red avatar my a**.

Most would probably say "what is that?" But those of us who do know it probably have mixed opinions on it as a beautiful, affluent city-state with a lot of harsh laws and traditions.
