I think Kenedy, TX (Clinton +8 & Trump +32; 186 & 194 votes) was the only one.

Maybe a few Alaska boroughs too, although AK doesn't have official results.

Haines Borough has been posited as a Romney-Clinton-Trump polity, but in the absence of official results by borough it's a bit fuzzy.

This type of county would have to be college-educated white and Hispanic most likely. There was only one county that was won by Romney-Clinton-Trump, but I wonder which counties swung Clinton and then Trump from 2012 to 2016 to 2020.

Looking at swing maps, it was most of Utah and a lot of the US-Mexico border. A lot of the diverse California counties, such as LA county, Santa Clara, Imperial, SF, Merced.

Other large, diverse counties such as Cook, IL and Miami-Dade. People could definitely find others.

A few rural white ones  swung like that actually - Texas Co. OK, and Seward and Haskell Counties in KS are examples.

Seward county KS is heavily Hispanic IIRC, along with a lot of counties in Western TX, OK, and KS.
