In a general election, it’s obviously Cuomo (this race is Safe D no matter what, and Cuomo could be doing things which are a lot worse than his recent actions and would still win easily). FL, on the other hand, is Likely R (although pretty close to Safe).

However, Cuomo is more likely to receive pressure from his own party to step down.

Essentially this.

Cuomo is not going to seek re-election at this point and probably won't even finish his term, but against even against the best possible Republican in a GE, he'd win easily.

As I said on a previous thread DeSantis is running with Rubio, if he was running with Scott like in 2018/ he would be far more Vulnerable, Scott almost cost DeSantis a victory.

Cuomo needs to resign but DeBasio is telling him not to, hopefully he is primaried out
