Likely D, out of an abundance of caution, MLG's scandals, the likelihood of a favorable GOP environment, etc., but much likelier that Republicans lose by double digits than win.

Despite controversies, MLG should be relatively fine in November 2022. And I seriously doubt the NM GOP will nominate a strong candidate. Early prediction would be MLG winning a 2nd term 52-46%.
