The numbers for all candidates are lower though than shown by Atlas' results page.

Maybe because of more write-ins and because some states certified incomplete results, such as in NY.

Those are included in the Atlas results, but not at the FEC.

All the more a reason why the US needs a central election results website, where every county submits their election results between election night until every last vote is counted.

That’s because the so-called Federal „Election“ Commission is not an Election Commission in the European or most other country’s sense, but a 99% money reporting agency for campaigns.

A federal election commission in other countries operates a results website on election night where all entities in the country submit their results and statistics such as registered voters and turnout.
