Probably someone who lives in a solidly blue state and thus would not be affected by abortion restrictions.

A socially moderate but very fiscally conservative Philadelphia Main Line suburbanite who came of age in the days of Bob Casey, Sr.

A racist who is only an abortion doctor because them wants fewer non-white babies. Alternatively a second amendment absolutist who for some reason believes that Democrats banning all guns is a greater threat then Republicans banning abortion and that they'd be putting him in danger by not allowing them to defend himself against operation rescue types.

Not sure I get this answer.  Why would an alternate-universe Scott Walker be a Republican abortion doctor?

You think he really cares about abortion? His "pro-life"-ism is just red meat for the rural/populist base.

"Alternate-universe Scott Walker" is a person from some upper-middle-class suburb somewhere who is a hardcore fiscal conservative and capitalist, and who really doesn't personally care about social issues or "morality" much at all as long as he can make lots of money and the rich keep getting richer. Such is the nature of R-WI.
