If the ballots were counted at a “normal speed.”

If the COVID situation wasn’t going on but the results of the election were exactly the same, when would the election have been called for Biden. By “normal speed,” I mean the ballots would have been counted as fast as they were in 2016 and prior.

If turnout is as high then it would probably take a couple more hours than usual

Probably sometime on Wednesday. Turnout was high, and the margin was razor-thin in three states that could have forced a tie had they all gone to Trump.

Wednesday.

But Trump would still have claimed election fraud and the GOP would still have gone along with it.
