Also, are there even minorities in Loudoun?  PWC, yes.   But I thought Loudoun was horse country (read:  99% whyte).

That used to be the case, but the Asian population (primarily Indian-American) in Ashburn is booming right now. Most of them work in IT.

That's every city. To speak of a "white area" is to speak of a "Indian and (recently arrived) East Asian area" as well. The voting, cultural, and living patterns of educated, suburban whites and Indians/East Asians are virtually indistinguishable. I have expressed my thoughts on this trend previously, no need to rehash.
