How does Trump being banned on Twitter affect 2024?

Trump being banned from Twitter takes away most of his power. I don't think it's hyperbolic to say that Trump's twitter ban will end up being one of the most important political developments of the early 2020s.

It might’ve made a difference in the 2016 primaries because Twitter arguably helped to boost him.  Now, his name alone will boost him above all other candidates (should anyone even run against him).

A social media platform that will emerge that isn't controlled by either Apple or Google! The market, even the social media one, continues to evolve! If say Parler finds itself a platform independent of either Apple & Google, then Twitter might be confronted by existential considerations! I could see a war between Parler on one side & Twitter with Google & Apple on the other!  The kraken is angry & full of vengeance & there is nothing that can be done to appease him or his followers! At least on twitter his presence was controlled by conditions dictated by what Twitter determined. On Parler without any inhibitors, his voice & his rhetoric will be uninhibited! Then he's the proverbial stone in the shoe!
