I voted illegal under all circumstances, because:
“Legal only under certain circumstances” seem like a terrible methodology, since it could mean basically any position on abortion.
Of course, it should be allowed to protect the life of the mother. I am torn on the rape & incest exceptions because the mother shouldn't have to live with reminders of the tragic events, but the circumstances of conception don't change the baby's right to live. Its such a small exception I can't take a firm side one way or the other.
