Just watch Scott turn into the Republican version of Steve Bullock and/or Mike Sullivan.

A conservadem would be lucky to have a 50% approval rating in a red state, never mind an 80% approval rating...

...Laura Kelly? Andy Beshear? Both are at 60% or so.

I thought most polls had them around 50, and some polls before the pandemic had Kelly’s approvals under 50...

Well yes, that was before the pandemic. The exit polls had Kelly’s approval at 60% and Beshear’s approval at 58%. But I actually think their approvals were pretty good even before the pandemic.

Of course, your point still stands. Somewhat. Beshear/Kelly’s approvals are significantly worse than Baker/Hogan/Scott’s approvals.

Laura Kelly and Andy Beshear are also far from "conservadems." The most they’ve done is brand themselves as bipartisan, but they’re objectively less "conservative" in actual policy implementation/governing style than Baker and Scott are "liberal", not that that dichotomy isn’t reductionist at times.

What reason is there for a Republican voter to approve of Laura Kelly, for instance? It’s not just blind partisanship but often also a question of ideological/rhetorical alignment.
