I doubt the Debs equivalent would be a member of Congress, to be honest. Yes it would be a lot easier for one to gain traction, but this scenario is already somewhat fanciful.

Depending on what OH's ballot laws are on simultaneously running for Congress & the presidency, it could still very well be.

The interesting part of the map isn't that there's a viable third party, but that the Republican was able to win a single state running against a non-duck Trump.
