It's a rematch of 2020, the electoral college goes 269-269. Biden barely wins the popular vote by Gore margins. The Dems squeak a 220 majority win in the House and Biden is voted in as President. The Senate wins the 51 majority to win the Senate and Trump is voted in as Vice President (if he would actually accept being second fiddle). End.

You know that the House doesn't elect a prez by one vote per rep, but via state delegations? The GOP has held more than 25 delegations for several cycles even at times Dems had a majority in actual seats.

Anyway, the scenario is ridiculous.
