No, precinct data in Minnesota proves the people making up the Weed parties are way cooler.

It depends which libertarians you mean.  People that claim to libertarians but are really just republicans that want weed are insufferable.  I have a higher opinion of actual libertarians that don't base their ideology off being cool and the right to cheef.

Self-consciously building your identity on ideology isn't cool.

As a secular anarcho-Hobbesian capitalist meritocratic Nietzschean post-postmodern neolibertarian elitist determinist, I find this offensive.

BRTD inspired me to do just that.

I agree.

Self-consciously building your identity on ideology isn't cool.
BRTD inspired me to do just that.

If I were you, I would take my inspiration from other sources.

I've met some anarcho-communist libertarians, as well as a few Frankfurt School followers, whom were actually cool people. I usually evaluate coolness on a individual basis, though

Can right-wing anarcho-capitalist libertarians loving the likes of Hobbes and Friedman be cool? I'd argue such a thing is ontologically impossible

I'll accept most left-libertarians, and many right-libertarians, although anarcho-capitalists are certainly not cool.
