I'm not surprised Rubio is doing this poorly, but in a poll between DeSantis, Rubio and Scott, you'd think DeSantis would be doing better.

Also, why didn't they include Gaetz? He's at least made some noise about running for President recently.

Only if you interpret any attempt by a politician to draw media attention to themselves as a sign that they're angling for president.  When talking about the presidency per se, Gaetz is talking up DeSantis, saying that he thinks he'll be the nominee in '24 if Trump doesn't run:

If DeSantis the nominee, we will gladly take him, he does poorly with AA, he won't win MI due to fact he almost lost to Gilliam

Rubio has cross over appeal from AA, he supports PR statehood

Paraphrasing what I said in the thread about the 2019 version of this poll, I don't really see the point in doing this. Not to mention that they're missing the biggest Florida Republican of all, the one who (now) lives in Mar-a-Lago.
