Not only has nobody ever pressured me, I’ve often been pressured not to drink.

Sure, but nothing nefarious. Mostly just people who know I'm not a drinker saying things like "it's not fun unless everyone's drunk!" while we're bar hopping.

I’ve never even been told anything like that. People will tell me that I’ll die from a single sip of beer.

Sure, but usually I'm more than happy to oblige.

Just once, at a party. As expected, I didn't enjoy drinking a Miller beer.

My freshman year, I went to an apartment party with my roommates and the host forced me to take a shot of Malort. I very nearly threw up on the spot.

yes

It was implied that it was cool to drink, and that's true at High School parties.  Or at least it was in 1980s style High School parties.  Kids today are weird.

Yes, but not intense pressure. They got the idea that it wasn't happening pretty quickly.

Of course not. On the flip side of the coin, I do remember pressuring my parents to give me a drink when I was around age 4-5 however. We were in a restaurant and I demanded my Dad let me sip his beer. I will leave you in suspense as to the denouement of that little drama.
