What annoys me about the Democrats keeping the filibuster

Democrats are going to have to spend the next decade being yelled at by angry people any time they propose another legislative bill, 'Why didn't you do anything during Biden's first 2 years then? If [minimum wage hike/expanding healthcare/climate change/etc. etc.] is so important, why didn't you pass it then when you controlled everything? Huh? Huh?' and have to explain about the filibuster.

It's called an organization resolution thru unanimous Consent, the D's couldn't get their chairmanship without agreeing with McConnell and the Rs on keeping the Filibuster.

Its a good chance that D's will keep Congress next yr and they will have 3 more seats, Ryan, Fetterman, Nelson and CUNNINGHAM minus Hassan

I am unfazed by Lean R ratings in WI, OH, NC, all the Ds running to said they will get rid of Filibuster

As I said before rules of debate aside from nomination are passed thru unanimous consent, the organization resolution was Filibustered by Mcconnell, they had to reconcile to get Biden cabinet thru ASAP in Covid.
