Do you guys think "the needle" broke, because the programmers who designed it, forgot to put in the codes to accept that Walker may temporarily lead. So when that happened, the algorithms "did not compute" and it froze.

I think they may have just inputted the wrong data for the election honestly. Like, some of the needles reactions didn't make much sense considering what came in.

Reminder that, as much incredible credit as the diverse voters of the Atlanta metro area deserve for this win, it also wouldn't have been possible without tiny pockets of rural voters in Georgia holding out for the Democrats despite being an extreme isolated minority in their area. I know exactly what that feels like (not even now, in Lexington, but other places I've lived). So as much as we might like to make Deliverance jokes, those voters hanging on might make all the difference in a race as tight as this. Every vote counts! No matter where you live.
